"Great location and the apartment was well equipped. The only downside was that the elevator was not working so climbing the stairs all the way up to the apartment was a workout especially with luggage. Their teams assistance with carrying up the suitcases was greatly appreciated!!!"

"This is our second time staying at the London Templeton Place location. We love it for the location to Heathrow, but more importantly it is located on a quiet street but close to public transportation and shopping. Management is great, friendly and helpful. "

"This place was clean and the subway station is super close along with various bus rout options. There's loads of eating options and a couple of markets within walking distance. Very easy to check in and out."

"Checking in nearly impossible after office hours, 45 minutes on the phone, given incorrect door entry code and so locked out again and another 30 minutes on the phone, following night, Spanish woman locked out having the same issues!! "
