「Management was rude and unprofessional. There were issues with my room (running toilet, broken fireplace) and no attempt was made to rectify the issue. What is advertised on the website is not what the actual experience will be. The worst part was the inability to contact someone in charge because the person at the front desk was rarely there and when she was, she had seemingly no interest in helping and was borderline rude. 」

「Our stay was rather disappointing. The property seems neglected. Some lightbulbs in the bathroom were not working . The coffee maker was really filthy inside. Instead of breakfast we were offered some packaged pastry from a gas station. Plus, there were a bunch of insects in the room. There was no drinking water in the property we ended up driving to get water. I don’t understand they can charge so much money 」

「Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and tranquil surroundings. The day we arrived there were several deer greeting us in the backyard. The listing had everything we needed and our Plebes enjoyed the hot tub, comfortable rooms, and game selection. 」

「Clean property, friendly staff. Perfect for overnight stay, only negative is breakfast offerings, we travelled with college sports team…only one bagel, told an hour wait for bread to defrost! Could’ve have been better prepped for catering otherwise no issues. 」

「Didn't have a mountain view. Room was clean and up to my standards. Indoor pool was clean and busy. The food isn't what it used to be. No more waffle makers and not everyone cares for the taco stuff. I'm one of them. Also, had the same scrambled eggs and tater rounds every day. Not impressed with this change. 」
