The most inconvenient location ever. Streets dirty around the hotel. The room was so tiny and awkwardly set up. That half your bathroom was next to the bed. The only thing in its own room was a toilet even the mirror hung next to the bed over the bathroom sink And housekeeping did a terrible job though the room was clean when we first walked in. I would never stay there again and I would never stay in that area.

It’s iconic and deserves all the prestige and acclaim. The lobby and restaurants are stunning and immersed in history and famous movies. The floral arrangements are breathtaking and probably the cost of a small car! The staff is extremely and friendly and very fast to respond to anything. The only challenge are the elevators which get packed quickly and during busy times are full if you are on a middle floor

Great property overall. Staff was excellent. Our room close to the elevator was a little noisy at night. And for a family in a suite it would be great to have curtains on the glass doors for more privacy for male and female family members. Otherwise everything was great.

The bathroom was spotless, and the entire space felt fresh and well maintained. One of the highlights was how peaceful it was. The room faced the garden, so there was no outside noise, making it easy to relax and rest. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in NY, especially families, since having a kitchen adds so much convenience.
