"It is a nice hotel! The location is very near to the city centre! The cleaning service u have to talk to reception so they can clean ur room! If u stay more than three days, u still have to contact reception! But they gave me the paper it says if u stay longer than two nights, they will automatically clean your room which is not accurate that will mislead a lot of people! But the rest was good! I love the breakfast they provided! They have to put slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste in the room!"

"We chose to stay at the Sofitel due to its proximity to the ICC. The staff at the Sofitel were amazing, from the door staff to the desk and wait staff. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Dinner on Saturday night at the Atelier was delicious. Would definitely stay again. Special thanks to Matilda and Miguel, who were absolutely delightful."
