While checking in I saw a very difficult guest making unreasonable demands who was being dealt with by a receptionist with incredible kindness, patience, professionalism, and grace. An excellent example of what good service requires. "

"The view, location, the cleanliness but the room was a bit small compared to the price. The staff were great but breakfast chef at level 11 was an exceptional individual. He wasn’t just cooking, he came out and entertained the customers, please do not lose him, I want to come back to see him for more croissant and pastries. Overall it was a comfortable stay. "
