Excellent service, clean and well presented hotel. Got the business class booking which included canapés and breakfast, well worth it! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Love staying at this hotel.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
A great location for easy access across the CBD and easy walking to metro and tram station, and easy access to World Square eateries. Room was overall nicely appointed and a comfortable size, but a little dated in places and the hotel is showing it's age somewhat in terms of wall scuffs, carpet, bathroom tiles. However a comfortable stay, quiet, and good location for business in the city.
The room I had was very clean, however a little dated. Especially the bathroom. There was a guest causing commotion a few doors down that the police had to attend and while no fault of the hotel. I could hear it clearly in my room. The staff were very friendly though and there is heaps of parking under world square and it's close to both the tram and the metro.
Ty process was simple and easy , Tesh at reception was so friendly, kind and helpful, upon arriving he actually upgraded us to a executive suite free of charge,, have us a credit voucher to use and also left us a welcome gift ! How nice is that
We celebrated a friend’s 40th and the hotel surprised us with a fruit platter and chocolate happy birthday plaque. The extra rollaway bed was actually an actual single bed and very comfy! Would definitely stay again.
Well appointed rooms although the bathrooms are a little dated. Friendly service and great location.

The room was above satisfactory. B+. The windows unfortunately are not completely sealed from the outside noise despite the double glazing. It was only as strong as the seal. Three out of four nights there was construction work overnight (to avoid traffic disruption). Other than that the property was very good
Rooms were clean but dated. I stayed there over 10 years ago and pretty sure they are identical. Staff were amazing, built good rapore and were there when I needed them. Liked the breakfast was sad not to be able to take advantage of it on day 2 though as we had to leave for the airport before 6am when it started.
