It was a very special occasion for us, and your team made it even more memorable. The reception, concierge and overall customer service were outstanding, caring, attentive and incredibly generous. We were also so grateful for the room upgrade, which was absolutely fantastic. We have never stayed in such a beautiful room, it was incredible and felt like pure luxury. "Nice stay, the staff was incredible. However, for a Four Seasons property it was ok. It needs upgrading, and our room was small. But the service and location was top notch. The sauna, steam room, pool area and rooms need upgradating."

"Our room was located on the 26th floor! Beautiful view and everything was so comfortable! We were enamored with selecting the upgrade to Milliseme level which included a wonderful breakfast each morning. Also, that level included a fabulous cocktail hour from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. It was perfect after a long day of sightseeing! A couple of the days we were there we didn’t even have to buy food out! It was all provided between our breakfast and the cocktail hour!! What a treat! "

"Overall the hotel is wonderful! Located at a prime spot without the premium price. Plenty of cheap and delicious eats nearby as well as some more prestigious and pricey options. The room sizes were excellent and spacious. The check in staff and cleaning staff were wonderful and helpful. The valet/bellboys/bag bags were the worst I have ever met in any hotel! They did not help to unload or load bags, were incredibly argumentative and rude. I am not sure where there sense of entitlement came from and some were more interested in taking a smoke break than helping. The hotel overall is great but be conscious of the valet team if you don’t have a premium car."
