"I had booked the hotel as a treat for my husband, as he likes old buildings. I was very disappointed about my stay at Hotel Woolstore 1888. The receptionist was disinterested, not welcoming at all and sullen. The room small, but clean with no outlook. The reception dark and gloomy. On departure the reception member of staff was smiling, but sadly too late to alter my impression. The cleaning staff were very polite and helpful. As we approached the hotel there was what looked like effluent on the pavement which was not cleared up for the duration of our stay, plus an old armchair dumped on the pavement. Needless to say we will not be rebooking!"

"Very tired room (2 bedroom deluxe) in desperate need of redecoration including bathrooms. "

"It was a nice room, no minibar - which is ridiculous, and frustrating ! Meals very good. Bathroom could be a little cleaner. All in all good."

"Very convenient for the Airport and despite being so close a very peaceful night sleep ( and that's coming from a light sleeper!). We had an airport facing window which was great to watch the flight land and depart. Prices at the bar are not cheep and no local shops so come prepared if this is an issue."
