"The location was good - near enough to Town Hall station and to the many Darling Harbour restaurants, ferries and other tourist amenities. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room was well-equipped and comfortable. The view from the windows wasn't great, but that's the price you may pay for a hotel located in a big city. I woyuld definitely consider the Park Royal for any future stays in Sydney."

"Room and staff were awesome. The room was comfortable, and many restaurants nearby. Lovely balcony to sit on and enjoy the weather. Breakfast was delicious and worth purchasing. There is not a good spot for uber or taxi drop off and pickup in front of the hotel, as there is a dedicated bike lane and live traffic lanes beside it. Uber dropped us off further up the road on the opposite side."

"I was charged for food taken out of the mini bar yet I used nothing from the mini bar. I did have a tea, which I assumed was free. If charging $7.63 for a tea bag is what Hyatt considers reasonable, then this will be our last stay at any Hyatt hotel. Most less expensive hotels provide in room coffee and tea for free. Shame on you Hyatt for being so cheap"
