Great new place. Easy to get to, super convenient and loads of dining and shopping options. Room is decked out with everything you need including a fridge and microwave. My only feedback would be to provide a basic set of plates, bowls and cutlery especially when a microwave is provided ☺️

What a great find! Clean, well presented, exceptionally professional and friendly staff, comfy bed, great tv ... it just works in every way. I'm a regular in Sydney hotels for work and as I don't use many of the hotel facilities each week, I find myself looking for something with the above, at a good price point, without pools, saunas etc. IYF ticks all my boxes :)

Great stay at this new hotel. Excellent location by bus routes and the junction. Practically on top of the Westfield mall for shopping. Very clean room with cool automatic lighting options, microwave and fridge make it feel like a kitchenette in your little hallway between toilet / shower area and lovely bed. Great duvet. Highly recommend.

A modern hotel with a welcoming entrance and very friendly staff. After more than 24 hours of flights and layovers from Germany, we were warmly greeted by Tim and offered water. Tika took care of our luggage until check-in. We visited a nearby mall and were allowed to check in early since the room had been prepared. One evening, after arriving with soaked shoes due to bad weather, I was given paper to stuff them. The staff really tries to make guests feel welcome. The room was clean and practical, with storage under the bed. The layout made it a bit awkward to climb over a partner to get out of bed. USB sockets were very useful. The automatic blinds often moved up and down by themselves, which was distracting. The room had a view of a parking lot. The shower had good water pressure and warm water, though the glued-on shower gel holder fell one night. It was bothersome that there was no separate sink in the bathroom. Water dispensers near the elevator were handy, but no place was provided to set down glass bottles while filling. Free parking is available about a 15-minute walk away. Public transport is just five minutes on foot.

The room was perfect for solo travel. The hotel itself is in a great location, close to the train station and buses that can quickly take you into the city or to the beach. Westfield is on your doorstep so super handy to get supplies or shopping, I found myself there most days. I stayed for 8 nights and the room was only cleaned once despite me leaving the sign on the door everyday to request cleaning and when the room was cleaned the cups were changed but the spoons were placed back in the drawer as there was remnants of yoghurt still there. I’d also slept with damp hair and the pillow looked almost mouldy by morning which was strange. I didn’t use the shared kitchen but as my room wasn’t cleaned I had food waste that needed disposing of so went to the kitchen to use the bin which was overflowing and attracting flies - more bins within the kitchen would be beneficial. The laundry room is an excellent addition however one machine was out of service, people don’t come back to collect their wash when it’s finished so leave it sat in the machine and the room is locked at 10pm so be careful as this happened while my clothes were in the dryer. Despite few minor issues above, I’d definitely stay here again due to location and comfort. Loved the black out blinds and control panel. Recommend signing up to be a member so you can have an early check in which was so beneficial coming off of 23 hours of travel.

Relatively new property in Bondi Junction - unbeatable location right by major transport hub and Westfield with a ton of shops and dining options. 15 minutes by bus to Bondi Beach or take a slow stroll! I traveled with a child and have plenty of room and could fit two adults as the room is extremely well-appointed and cleverly design with sufficient storage space. USB outlets and smart controls. Great amenities for those needing their regular gym work out and a great laundry room. Many well-designed public spaces to chill out including a great cafe at its lobby!

This hotel’s compact, modern living concept suits me perfectly. I appreciated the freedom of having a small fridge and microwave in my room—it gave me a sense of independence and comfort. The shared kitchen on the first floor added a gentle communal touch, reminiscent of my college days, where saying hello to fellow travellers felt natural and warm. The design of the common areas, including the lobby and café, is minimalist yet vibrant, with splashes of colour from curated artwork that bring life and personality to the space. One of my favourite features was the gym on the 10th floor, where you can watch the sun rise and set over the distant ocean—a beautiful way to begin and end the day. That said, this place may not suit those who expect daily room servicing or large, spacious accommodations. It’s more for travellers who value privacy, thoughtful design, and a sense of quiet community. I’d happily recommend it to kindred spirits seeking a gentle, thoughtful urban stay.

The property itself is beautiful and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Have stayed here before and loved it. This time, there was a technical glitch where I could access other rooms' steaming. At first, we thought others were accessing my profile, but it appears to be a technical issue with the casting. I hope they are able to fix it, I did not use the wifi or steaming after that at the risk of exposing my phone to others to access as well. There was also an issue with our room where the bathroom door was broken and unable to close, but we were given a new room straight away and the staff member was very helpful. Apart from the technical issues with the wifi, casting and streaming and then having to move rooms, it was a wonderful experience. Our second stay, and we've already booked in for a third. Hopefully everything is fixed by then!

Loved this place, reminded me of Medellin and their concrete playground. Only thing that could have been better is the hot water in the showers, it was hot then cold, then hot and cold again. Not a consistent warm flow.
