Only comment we could make is that our hotel room did not have a folder with information about the area and what’s available, like other hotels do. Otherwise, could not really fault the hotel. "We had an excellent stay. Clean, large room, we stayed in premium studio apartment . Comfy bed. Bathroom quite small but clean. Location excellent near cafes restaurants and bars, and short stroll to Kings Cross station. Did hear pedestrian noise, but not bothered by this, as to be expected in this vibrant location. Would highly recommend and will stay next time. Check in easy and did get early checking on arrival. Too easy!"

"Not as clean as expected. Didn't have flat sheet for the bedding, and saw some bugs in the bedroom. Good that late checkin was smooth. The receptionist was not available in person until very late in AM, but she is very friendly."
