Stayed on a solo trip for a week. First time In Australia and I found the hostel was a good fit for me I had the private room with en suite bathroom which was nice. It’s perfect for a solo traveler or a couple.

We booked because it was cheap. But were shocked by the condition: - bathrooms were extremely dirty, smelly and in bad repair (dirty toilet seats loose) - common kitchen very dirty, messy and extremely poor equipped - rooftop bbq area dirty - rooms extremely small - mattresses uncomfortable - breakfast was basic but ok. Pro: Billiard table was fun. Location was perfect.

Lite svårt att hitta. Ganska stökigt och ostädade allmänutrymmen. Fint vid receptionen. Rummet var bra, fanns säng och tv.

The staff here really are fantastic and are eager to help. The room is basic but it is comfortable. The duvet does however need replacing as the new white sheets exposed the scarily yellow and stained duvet, hence why I can't give this review 5 stars.

There were a lot of young people in the lounge area blasting music and I was unable to concentrate on anything. I left and went to McDonads and used there WiFi to get away from the noise

The room was fine but it was not really convenient to have so less time for checking in or no people at the reception desk. To make the stay easier it would be helpful to have more information from the reception or on the websites.

Seems to attract a certain crowd as when I walked in, music was VERY LOUDLY being played and it was already 9pm. Did not make me feel safe at all. Rooms were quite messy and just so badly designed. Staff doesn't explain much and doesn't tell you theyre charging you a deposit before doing so. With the amount you are paying, there are so many more convenient and better hostels.

Chambre avec salle de bain privée. Suffisants confort correct.

It is not as good as it is. Even they do not want to refund you even some peecent of money. The management and service was terrible. They say as I booked the service from.this app so I would not get refund. Even when I first arrived it is not suitable place as it is on the picture. So I cancel it immediately that day arriving there.

Hi, I actually didn’t stay, I booked the hostel in Melbourne from Hotel.com and when I got in Sydney I went to check in there was a guy said he’s the manager, he did not checked me in, he said that I couldn’t stay there because of age limit. I’m 50 years old but when I booked the reservation there wasn’t any age limit online, I read the terms and condition there was no age limit, anyway I asked for my money back, he refused to gave me a refund. And he was rude to me, he was yelling asked me to get out, it was bad experience, and until now I haven’t received my refund. So I made a complaint at the tribunal, now my lawyer and I we just waiting for the hearing

I booked a double-bed room for two people, and the booking was accepted. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the room was still occupied. When I reported the issue, the male receptionist initially insisted that I had only booked one bed and seemed to blame me until I showed proof of my booking, after which his tone changed. Thank you to the female receptionist for apologising and offering us two capsule units instead. Despite this disappointing experience, the place is good for an overnight stay, especially with its convenient location right beside Kings Cross Station. Hopefully, management can improve its room allocation and customer service.
