"Newly renowned I think. Rooms were spotless"

"Great location and spacious room. However, the pool had such a strong chlorine smell that it was unusable for anyone with sensitive skin or a sensitive nose. The gym felt poorly set up and unsafe—my husband had accident with the cable machine, hitting his head. A resident mentioned the equipment was second-hand and that the same thing had happened to him before. My husband needed medical attention for his injury, but no apology or compensation was offered."

"The reception & concierge staff were friendly & welcoming. All areas of hotel were clean & tidy. The rooms were excellent & we had great views of Darling Harbour. The rooftop infinity pool over the Harbour was fabulous. We dinned in the BTWN restaurant& although pricey the food was excellent & plentiful. The location is fabulous & it’s an easy walk to Pit Street & QVB building."
