"Bit dated minimal toiletry for two. Shelf in wardrobe fell down and bed had dent with springs collapsed. Requested another room costumer service excellent. Will try other same price hotel for comparison"

"Our Exec Opera house city king room was nice and large with a great view over the Harbour with a generous bathroom with walk-in shower and full bath. The staff are friendly and very helpful with planning our visit to Sydney and The Rocks. Check in was a breeze but the lifts were very crowded with long waits over the holiday weekend. Altitude restaurant serves lovely dishes with an exceptional view. You can grab a quick coffee and bite to eat at the Lobby lounge or a full breakfast at their Cafe Mix before heading out to explore the waterfront,the opera house, city or parks."
