「Breakfast sometimes late, cooked portions kept inadequately heated by hot water baths, lack of variety. Room clean but had to complain to get curtain fixed, rather than obvious defect being reported by cleaning staff and fixed without intervention. Extremely convenient for Central, however.」

「I’ve been staying at this hotel every year during my long vacation for the past three years. I really like it because of its convenient location, the clean facilities, and the delicious breakfast.」

「I came from Japan, and they let me leave my luggage with them starting the morning of my check-in. They also accommodated my request to skip breakfast on my last day, and whenever I had a little trouble, the staff immediately asked, “What’s the matter?” It was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much!」

「I worked in ICC (convention center), and the hotel was super convenient (5 min walk), but the way to get there was a little bit difficult to find (through the parking). Other than that the hotel is a typical ibis hotel. You should not expect too much. Breakfast was kinda normal one, but I love having boiled eggs. When I arrived, the reception was not so friendly, but when I leave, the lady was so kind to damp my bag in the storage. Thank you very much for your support.」
