I was directed to another hotel for Pool facility. If it was mentioned on the web that Pool is closed then I would've chosen different hotel. It would've been different if there was some kind of compensations to it but nothing was offered...

Nice rooms, professional staff.
One very annoying thing - 2 lifts out of 6 were only operating at 9.45am on a Sunday, peak time for guests wanting to go for breakfast or checkout.. you could not get in one! Guests were extremely frustrated.
