"I love this hotel, is close to everything and also you walk outside and there is a train station to go everywhere. The hotel was very clean, I had a good streets view and the staff was very friendly always happy to help. I took the train to go to the airport, to the Real Madrid stadium and more places and is very safe. 100% recommend for everyone."

"We enjoyed the 4 nights we were in this hotel. It was very clean, room service did an outstanding job every time. People checking us in were very friendly and would politely greet us every time we went into the hotel. It’s ideal location since its on Gran Via, I was skeptical about the noise at night but that was never an issue. One thing I didn’t care for was breakfast it was just ok so we only had breakfast once in the hotel. Once you step outside of the hotel there’s countless coffee shops and restaurants so finding something treat close by it will never be an issue. Metro stations there several nearby. I would gladly stay here again next time I’m in Madrid."
