Great property in an incredibly convenient location. While small , the property is up to date ,has great rooms and excellent staff. We had a small issue but they were very fast to correct it and take care of me and my wife. I would absolutely recommend it for anyone staying in Madrid.

What a beautiful hotel. This hotel is located in a very central location. There are plenty of walkable restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby. The beds are extremely comfortable, the shower is large with amazing water pressure. They provide a hairdryer and a clothing steamer. The staff members were so friendly and accommodating. I love the rooftop bar, great cocktails and beautiful sunset views I would definitely stay here again! I truly loved this hotel.

I cannot emphasize enough how extraordinary my hotel experience was - without a doubt, the absolute pinnacle. It all began when I reached out to the hotel's Guest Experience team via email, and that's when the incomparable Issac stepped in. His level of service went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. He played a pivotal role in orchestrating a surprise proposal for my girlfriend, arranging delightful treats along the way, coordinating a shuttle service, and even ensuring we had exquisite flowers, wine, and delectable snacks. Alvaro and Narella, two other outstanding staff members, joined forces to continuously enhance our stay. They not only provided us with exceptional dining recommendations but also captured our "just engaged" moments against the breathtaking backdrop of the rooftop pool area. While some individuals may have expressed concerns about the elevators or the hotel's newness in their reviews, I must express my admiration for the hotel's proactive approach to addressing every aspect. They have installed additional elevators and exhibit an unwavering commitment to enhancing both the establishment and guests' experiences. I was pleasantly surprised when our bed was immaculately made twice a day, and the occasional appearance of delightful letters and chocolates on our pillows added a touch of elegance. Un espectáculo de hotel, en el Top de los hoteles 5 estrellas en España. La atención y amabilidad del personal es de sobresaliente, todo tipo de atención y calidad humana, muchas gracias. Piscina espectacular con visión infinita a las zonas más relevantes de Madrid al estar céntrica y planta 9, camas con pulverizador de agua en su perímetro, comida de estrella Michelín a un precio muy asequible, decoración impresionante y todo tipo de detalles ubicación en Gran Vía, una de las mejores zonas.
