"Mix of day hikes such as Mission trails, Los Penasquitos, and Tecolote canyon, and trips to Balboa park, numerous beaches, old town etc. Also a short walk to many grocery stores and restaurants. Most neighbours are of a working age so it was quiet during the day, except for the many planes using the nearby small airport. As we were out and about most days this was not a concern. All good then and we would be happy to repeat."

"My husband, my friends and I highly recommend this property! We spent two very enjoyable days in San Diego and would stay again in this condo. The proximity to Little Italy, the Gaslamp District and Seaport Village was perfect for the tours we took. The aviation theme plus the airplane activity was an added bonus! We loved watching the planes come in! My husband particularly loved the fact that he could watch them come in through the window in the ensuite shower! Savannah was an excellent...

"We stayed for a week in this three-bedroom-two-bathroom condo-type place in North Park. The place is modest - very functional but not luxurious, Louis was an excellent communicator throughout our week. The place was reasonably well equipped and clean. The TV in the main room struggled a bit with Netflix and Amazon. There are two really great things about the location - it is very convenient to the highway system and to the airport. There's a Starbuck's steps away, a CVS, and a Baron's just a few...

"Location was very close to everywhere we wanted to go, never more than 15 minutes. Condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked. Only downside is the airport noise, luckly there is no traffic 11:30 to 6ish. Overall a very comfortable stay!"

"From booking to departure, communication was outstanding. From comfortable beds and wonderful linens, to an updated living area, this property had everything we needed. For our needs, the space and location were perfect. Quick and easy access to many areas of San Diego, often without need of the highway, allowed us to spend time seeing and doing, not waiting in traffic."

"Overall we had a lovely stay here - great communication and response to our needs, convenient location, thoughtful amenities. Only complaint would be the lack of noise insulation within the apartment and especially from the unit above. We could hear footsteps, moving of furniture etc which wasn't ideal when we were trying to sleep or early in the morning but that said i probably would stay again because it was cozy experience for the overall price."

"The property is really conveniently located in San Diego. The recent remodel was well done, and the place is super cute. I would definitely have given it a 5-star rating except for a few small items. First of all, the owner is not super great at communicating. I had asked a couple of questions, and they were never addressed. Secondly, we were there for my son's graduation from Marine basic training and we planned on staying in and cooking some of his favorites...the kitchen was not well stocked...

"Perfect little condo for 2 people on a short visit to family in the area. Bed was very comfortable. All very clean. A/C was appreciated as were the nice little touches of toiletries provided and Netflix on the TV. We had the small pool to ourselves for a cooling dip. Would definitely stay at this condo again when visiting family."

"There is no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor, so there are a lot of stairs to get up to it. Everyone that we encountered that lives in the apartment building was very nice. There were some issues, but they were taking care of the next day. There was a lot of car and airplane noise. Is a pretty good location, close to South Park and maybe 10 to 15 min. To a lot of shopping. All and all we were comfortable there."

"Place was wiped down clean but needs a deep clean! Carpets are super gross. Kitchen has lots of things but very random. (Think old time swap meet). Lots of space but the cleanliness and mod podge made it feel very lived in and not quite prepared for guests."

"House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍"

"We were here to tour SDSU & USD for college. Apartment is well located, clean, and parking is easy. Our flight got delayed several times, so we weren't able to check in until 2:30am--self check in was easy. Alan and his colleagues were quite helpful and easy to get ahold of."
