"Great property. Bath towels were a little scarce but sufficient for 2. Heating instructions were absent and when contacted the host we could not turn on the pilot after given instructions, there was no response. Overall fantastic place snd would stay there again!"

"So many good things at this property. The cooking pots and pans were nice and I was actually able to do quite a bit of cooking (which I like). Beds were comfortable, lots of hot water, nice TV, etc..! The neighborhood is super cute and so close to Balboa Park. We took a nice long walk every day in the park (do not miss the rose garden). The only thing we could have used was a bath mat or a shower curtain because the shower has amazing pressure but the water goes everywhere. Great property, great...

"Overall the VRBO was extremely clean and beyond suitable for three people. The bedrooms were comfortable and the a/c units worked great. However, The living room furniture was stained in spots, there was no britta or filtered water, and the coffee maker did not work as it leaked all over the counter when we attempted to use it the first day. These two things were fixed with a quick shopping order when we arrived however. The apartment itself was very comfortable but not in the most ideal area....

"This is a great apartment in a beautiful complex. It had everything we needed and was impeccably clean and neat. The amenities were lovely. The beds were very comfortable. Even thought it was furnished more like a corporate apartment, they provided hand soap and toilet paper in all the bathrooms. Would definitely stay here any time we are visiting our daughter at USD"

Not knowing the area and just going by what I read, this quaint little apartment was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do. And being close to the airport was a definite plus since we left so early in the morning. Sights and shopping were all within 20 minutes. The apartment itself is small but perfect for a couple. "Our stay was subpar. When we arrived we were not told we could not park in the driveway until arriving. The neighborhood is crowded so it took over 30 minutes to find a parking spot on the street because we had a truck. After that when we went inside we could not find one of the bedrooms because it was completely separate in the backyard but it was not listed in the description. Next we found condoms in cups in the bookshelf as well as dead bugs. In the morning one of the beds had bugs crawling...

"House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍"
