"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Someone was always availableyo assit with whatever we needed. Our room was clean. The facilites were well kept. Very spacious and relaxing. Loved the open concept of the entire property. The beach was ok but due to the seaweed, I did not get in the water. Buffets had a good variety, except needed more vegan protein and desert options. Resort management should look into how to prepare i.e. tofu dishes or get a supplier for alternative vegan products, i.e. non-diary ice cream. The desert bar in general could use some work. Presentation was good but taste and texture were lacking. Overall would recommend."

"Clean rooms. Todas las areas limpias. Pero el personal está a otro nivel. Personas bellas que te hacen sentir de la casa. La Diva, Elizabeth, Minime, Scoobe Doo, Ice Cube. Judith en el bar de la piscina y Raudy. Domingo en el Market Cafe. En Cocos Cafe(parece India) no se el nombre pero muy amable!! Todos bellos y muy atentos!"

"Jensy at the pool full of professionalism, great customer service and very polite. Cristian at the pool bartender also very professional and attentive. Kelvin concierge excellent personality. He was always helpful ensuring my husband had a tee time for golf and transportation to and from the golf course. I would recommend this resort to all couples looking for relaxation and an escape from the monotony and stress from work. Definitely coming back!!! I almost forgot to mention the housekeeping staff!!! Room was impeccable!!! Thank you all!!!"

"Was a over the top exoerience our concierge erik took care of our every needs for a large group of 11 range in age 5 to 75 .our housekeeper jhonny had our room look in pristine condition every day and her smile and kindness made us feel at home .would definetly rebook again "

"Nice little villa with a private pool was amazing. The beach was also really nice. You get a private golf cart for traveling around the resort. Great place with a terrific staff. Take lots of USD $5 and $10 bills for tips."
