Newly decorated, beds comfortable, nice bars on nearby canals for coffee or drinks. You will need to walk a bit to get to most attractions so bare that in mind, but a lovely stay."

"Boutique hotel in a very quiet area of Venice, but short walking distance to major sights and Vaporetto. Close to shops and restaurants. The room was smaller that I had expected but very clean and well stocked. The hearing worked well once I worked out how to use it - there were no instructions. I liked the public seating area / cafe where there was plentiful complimentary tea, coffee and pastries all afternoon and into the evening. ©old value for money"
