「場所がリアルト橋の近くで観光の拠点としては非常に便利でした。部屋も広くて綺麗。お風呂は湯船があるのでお湯を張って浸かれる。冷蔵庫は大きい。小さいながらも洗濯機(洗剤アリ)があって良かったです。洗濯終了後、ドアが開かなくて、ネットで説明書を調べるという小さなトラブルがあったが、結局しっかりドアを引っ張れば無事空いた。家族四人で優雅なベネチア観光が楽しめました。」

「Apartment was large and spacious. Great location close to Accademia bridge. Beds were large (king and queen) and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Air conditioning worked really well. Great apartment」

「Great location and having laundry on premise was very helpful. A quick walk from train station and you’re there. You will encounter a two section of stairs for canal crossing, but that’s Venice. My only complaint was some of the furniture looked a little worn and stained. But overall, it was a great property.」

「The property appeared to be poorly maintained, and several things were not working properly, especially in the kitchen. The stove and microwave did not function, and the bathroom was in disappointing condition. The sink looked dirty, the faucets were peeling, and the drain was left open with what appeared to be a piece of gum stuck inside.
