"The apartment was clean, showers were hot, location was good, and communication was great. However, I gave a lower rating because the property had no bathroom on any of the lower floors, climbing stairs with luggage and just to get to the bathrooms was rough. Add to that the beds were so uncomfortable. I could feels the springs. Swapping out the mattresses with some memory foam beds would have earned them 3.5 stars. A bathroom on a lower floor would earn a solid 4."

"It was like living in my own home. Bed was comfortable bathroom size was perfect. Love that we were able to open windows off of the canal certainly in the heart of the city and around everything too easily walk."
