Perfect holiday

The Rialto Bridge is a 15-minute walk away, so I enjoyed my morning walk there. There were also delicious restaurants nearby, which was very helpful on tiring evenings walking around the city.

The property is perfectly located right on the canal, directly in front of the waterbus stop, and just a short walk from the main train station. The room was spacious, well appointed, and very quiet. Check-in was smooth and straightforward. Getting around couldn’t have been easier with the waterbus right at the doorstep — a great base for exploring the city.

The apartment was amazing. There was plenty of room for a family of 4 and all of the space was nice! The apartment was nicely updated with modern amenities and also can stocked with drink and snacks. Our only negative was that the bathtub was dirty but otherwise the rest of the apartment was very clean.

The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and very well maintained. The atmosphere feels elegant but still comfortable, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city. The location is truly excellent! Right in the heart of Venice, making it easy to walk everywhere and soak in the canals, shops, and restaurants nearby. It felt like the perfect base for discovering the city. Overall, a fantastic stay in a stunning hotel with a super convenient location. I’d definitely come back!

Property was very excellent - modern, updated, clean, location was superb, right in front of a water taxi stop. Margarita at the front desk was great and fast with requests. Extras like robes, slippers and toiletries were an added bonus. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Venice.

This place is amazing , super convenience if you are traveling on train or plain, it is on one of the main canals , very easy if you are carrying luggage’s , lots of stuff to do around the hotel area . Very clean and beautiful. The design it’s a 5 star , very modern. If I comeback to Venice definitely staying again here. The staff person was amazing, she accommodated us an extra night on a different room for half a day to accommodate my 80 year old mother so she can rest before our very early flight. Thank you again for the amazing experience ..

This apartment exceeded our expectations. Delightfully modern inside but in a building that’s hundreds of years old. Beautiful art work and decor. Access with door codes made coming and going very easy and having an aqua bus stop steps away from the front entrance. You can take the aqua bus directly from the train/bus terminal. The stop to get off was Riva de Biasio. We had a canal view so morning coffee was delightful beside the windows. The small kitchen suited our needs and made enjoying breakfasts inside very easy and the fridge was large enough for storing leftover pizzas from nearby eateries. The wine fridge was a bonus as well! We initially didn’t realize that hotel communications was within the Expedia app but upon arrival at the hotel they sent us an email directly thus allowing for easy communication. We enjoyed leaving our luggage stored in the lobby safely on the day of checkout to allow us more exploring time before our departure, knowing that only other guests and lobby clerk had access to the building. Highly recommend and would stay here again if given the opportunity one day!

Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient. My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough. I am glad that I utilize kitchen nicely.

My recent stay was overall a good experience. The property was newly renovated/updated and was in a good central location to restaurants, shops and the train station. The room was spacious, clean and came with plenty of amenities and extras which was much appreciated! The only issue I encountered was with the door lock in my room. While it appeared to be locked, I discovered that the door could be pushed open without using the key code. Despite this security concern, I would still recommend this property for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations!

The location and views are amazing. I loved the balcony. The bed was comfortable. I liked the spa. There is no sink in the kitchen. The only sink in the apartment is in the bathroom, and it was clogged badly. I let the front desk person know, but no one came to fix it. I think it’s been clogged for a long time probably. I had to brush my teeth and wash my hands in the bathtub because the only sink in the apartment was clogged. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The property itself was aesthetically pleasing but the plumbing was not great or something as the hallways and stairwell smelled like sewage and it seeped into our room. The ac was not strong and it was stuffy during the night. Also the walls are paper thin and I could hear the entire conversation of the people next door. All their coughs and opening of their drawers. The lady at the front desk was nice though.
