Ca 'San Pieroは2階にあります。素晴らしい自然光が入り、とても静かです。
この家は、2人用の非常に快適なソファベッドと小さな図書館を見つけることができるリビングルームで構成されています（フランス語の本もあります！）;大きなベッドと大きなワードローブを備えた二人用の美しい部屋。階段で2番目のベッドルームに到達でき、2つのベッドがあります。 この部屋はとても魅力的でロマンチックです！

Everything was excellent. Communication was great and Ms. Tanja and Samuel did a wonderful job helping us get in to the apartment and offering suggestions. The upstairs was a little tight, but worked well for what we needed. We loved everything about our experience there and the location made everything easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything!

The owner was very communicative and so helpful in guiding us to the apartment. The three flights of stairs was a little tough, with so much luggage, but there are stairs everywhere in Venice! Our family of 5 fit snuggly, but enjoyed a true Italian stay over another cookie cutter hotel. Great value!

Great location in Venice and easy communications with host. The only thing worth noting is that loft area upstairs is pretty tight (headroom-wise, since our son is 6'2" tall) and the two beds up there are not standard twin size beds, just a little short and skinny. He's a big teenager of course but he would not fit on those beds and couldn't walk up in the loft. Great location.

We had a lovely stay here in Venice. The location was central and the hosts and Ms. Tanja were very flexible with our delayed flight and allowing us to keep our bags in the apartment after check out while we explored the city before our flight home. The property was clean and the perfect amount of space for the three of us. Highly recommend!

The location of the accommodation is great. The accommodation it self was okay but nothing exceptional and not really clean . The technical equipment is a bit improvised, like the air conditioning hose is going to the washing basin. The location on the map is incorrect.

We had a great stay in Venice and this cozy apartment suited our family of 4 well. It is a 3rd floor walkup in a secluded courtyard, unfortunately there isn't much of a view (probably typical in Venice!). It's a fair walk from Rialto water taxi, so pack lightly. The hosts were super accommodating and were great communicators.

All sites very walkable, close to the vaporetto, yet very quiet. Tania came to meet us at the taxi station to walk us and gave us a few tips. Highly recommend! Make sure you have exact cash (euros) for tax.

Clean property, nice area, host is nice, left our baggage for half a day with no problem. Needs more towels, the beds upstairs are totally unrealistic because the wood panels on ceiling were so low that if you sat on the bed you would hit your head on the ceiling wood panels. Even if you are a child and small you would still hit your head sitting in bed. Only one person can realistically sleep upstairs if you push one bed to the middle of the room where ceiling is highest. This is the shape of the ceiling /\ two beds are put at either side, which does not work, one bed in the middle works best. The sofa turns into a bed which is a nice option but every time I slept there I got multiple bites on my body, I don’t know if it was bedbugs or just a mosquito but it happened only at night and only on the couch.

Great and quite place to stay, cant say anything bad! Modern, cozy and tidy. Close (10-15 min walk )to the all main attractions, Rialto bridge, San Merco sq, gondolas, pizza and ice cream shops. Love it !!!

We enjoyed our stay. 5 minute walk to Rialto bridge and 10 minutes to St. Marks Basilica. Restaurants mear by. Enjoyed the quiet nights sleep, comfortable bed on main flooe.
