「ムラーノを満喫したい時に使うホテルです。一回目は部屋が水浸しでだめになってしまったからと、普通のアパートみたいな場所に案内されました。もちろん値段は変わらず。行く間にもキャリーケースを橋があるたびに持ってくれたりと大変親切でした。二回目にやっと天窓のある最上階に宿泊。天井が低くて若干の圧迫感はあったものの、屋根の形にそっていて、内装やベットカバーも可愛く快適に過ごせました。フロントの方は良く変っていたのですが、一人は日本語も通じ、荷物も鍵付きの部屋に預かってくれて助かりました。ムラーノに行く時はまた利用します。」

「This is a great location if you do not want to stay in a crowded area. Easy to use water bus to get around. Quiet at night but does have some early morning noise with grocery store 7:00. Property managers on site and very helpful.」

「Giada met us at the water taxi stop and walked with us. She speaks good English. The apartment is located on a quiet and clean street away from the crowds, but close enough to walk anywhere on the island. The apartment is recently renovated and good quality. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. The WiFi and TV worked. Washer and two bathrooms were great. Giada gave good dining recommendations, She was quick to respond to our questions. 」

「We loved our stay in Murano, away from the Venice crowds but close enough to enjoy the sights. The property is clean and as advertised. The team was very responsive to our questions, and Dario helped us navigate first to the office and then to the property itself. 「Really loved staying here! Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, clean and modern, with kitchen and washing machine. We go to bed early so we lived the quiet neighborhood and being away from the crowds. Plus the vaporetto makes it easy to get to Venice and then back to relax in your home away from home. Highly recommend for quiet vacationers.」

「This was such a cute apartment! Giada was wonderful with communicating with us and gave us directions to the property from the bus station in Venice. Even though we arrived on a national holiday, she still came to the property to show us around and let us know where certain stores and restaurants were, this was very much appreciated. The property was very beautiful, clean and had working air conditioning, which was gratefully welcomed in the middle of a August. Murano was much quieter than...

「We had an overnight in murano and it was just what we needed. Beautiful location and just a few minutes away from venice by water taxi just outside the door. It was comfortable quiet and a lovely getaway.」

"古い建物を一部リメイクした素敵なお部屋でした。そして隅々まで清掃されていてとても快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方はいつもニコニコ対応してくれて、こちらの要望にも真剣に応えていただきました。おかげで､息子と二人で最高のディナーにも行けました。本当に感謝します。朝食は美味しいくて飲み物の種類も豊富で良かったです。エレベーターがあったらパーフェクトでした。"

"綺麗なホテルでした。24時間荷物を預かっていてくれるので深夜列車をとっている私としてはとても助かりました。近くに水上バス乗り場、少し歩けばサンタルチア駅までの電車などがあり歩きでも行くことは可能ですが、荷物と移動する時にはとても便利でした。朝食も常にスタッフの方々が食事を補充していたり、テーブルの上に放置された食器たちもすぐに回収していたのでとても快適でした。"
