Filigrana House is a very bright and modern house divided into three floors in an condominium of terraced houses in the midst of local inhabitants.

Three bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 people offers a guaranteed comfort for everyone.
On the ground floor a large living room with sofa bed, a complete bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table.

On the second floor, there are two comfortable double bedrooms and last but not less important, on the top floor an attic open on the second bedroom with two single beds.

An experience to live outside the tourist flows where the Venetian people still live in community for a relaxing and unforgettable stay!

At 1 minute by foot, the Vaporetto Venier stop allows you to reach Venice in just 15 minutes, Piazzale Roma in 25 minutes, the Venice Santa Lucia railway station in 20 minutes, Piazza San Marco and the Marco Polo airport in 20-30 minutes.

The public waters service runs during all the day and throughout the night.

Nice place in quiet setting

We loved our stay in Murano, away from the Venice crowds but close enough to enjoy the sights. The property is clean and as advertised. The team was very responsive to our questions, and Dario helped us navigate first to the office and then to the property itself. We are grateful for the wonderful service and exceptional stay in beautiful Murano!

House in Murano

Murano was a great place to stay, the house was a very short walk from the vaporetto stop . The living area was ok , with a small ground floor bathroom. On the next level , one bedroom is enormous with 2bedside tables and lamps, the other space has the stairs leading up to the next floor a bed and nothing else there are no sockets and no space to even open a medium size suitcase , no wardrobe, shelves nothing. On the next floor in the eaves is the next bedroom, be careful of hitting your head on the metal beams. .There is no door on this level so privacy between this space and below is minimal.

DECEVANT VU LE PRIX

Equipement insuffisant voire défaillant : aucune cafetière ne fonctionnait et pendant 2 jours nous avons du prendre nos petits déjeuners en extérieur (dédommagement du propriétaire insuffisant) , le troisième jour on nous a déposé une cafetière toute petite (pour un appartement supposé accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes), ce qui nous a encore obligés à devoir aller dehors. Il n'y a pas de prises électriques, ni de lampes de chevet dans la petite chambre, les ouvertures vitrées au sol ne sont pas adaptées pour l'intimité des résidents des chambres, la poignée de porte de la chambre est restée dans nos mains ...On nous annonce que le prêt des serviettes de plage sera facturé 15 euros et il a fallut réclamer pour obtenir un second torchon à vaisselle ! Par contre l'appartement est joli, le quartier est très agréable et le personnel d'accueil sympathique. Pour un séjour de 7 nuits, j'aurais aimé ne pas avoir à faire des relances régulières, ni devoir gérer des problèmes logistiques.

Quiet. Clean. Great location!

Murano is a lovely, quiet respite from the crowds on Venice. It’s a short boat ride and has lots of charm, canals, bridges, old buildings. Glass factories and shops, without the hustle of the grand canal. The property is an easy walk from several boat stops, nice kitchen with dining area. Bonus outdoor seating. Worked perfect for us. Would absolutely stay again.

Excellent apartment in Murano.

This is a fantastic, clean, quiet place in Murano. We stayed at a few different VRBOs in Italy where we had issues with hot water. But here, my family of 5 were able to take hot showers and use the washer as well. The beds were very comfortable. And communication with host was very good. One thing for potential guests: You will have to factor in the cost of travel from Venice to Murano. I am not sure if there was a cheaper way to travel, but we bought a 35euro ticket that could be used over 2days. For a family of 5 that came to 175Euros over and above the cost of the VRBO. It turned out to be fine for us because we did use the water bus quite a bit, and we loved the peace and quiet of Murano. But it is just something that would have been good to know prior to going.

A lovely quiet corner of Murano

This place was perfect for me as a retreat close to but not in the bustle of the main city of Venice. Going back and forth to the main city by vaporetto was never a challenge when I wanted to, and it was always a quiet and restful place to stay when I didn't. The place itself is nicely furnished with a big comfy couch, a well equipped kitchen, and glorious big windows overlooking the rooftops. Giadia was helpful and prompt when I checked in. I'd go back!

Murano is the place to stay!

I have to start with saying how lovely this apartment was. I could have stayed much longer. I think the photos actually don´t do it justice. Spacious and a lovely view towards the lighthouse. Kitchen is well supplied, you have everything you need.Getting to and from Murano is super easy and boats are running 24/7.

Perfection!!!

It broke my heart to leave! The apartment was absolutely perfect and everything I needed was present! Giada was fantastic and was available whenever I had a question. It was so perfect to be so close to the main islands but away from the chaos and crowds that the tourist season brings. Perfect location and above all, it was quiet! I’m at the point in my life where I crave silence so this was golden. Grazie Giada e tutti! Sono molto grato! Tornerò a breve!!
