The staff were exceptionally helpful. The restaurant staff prepared an exceptional cappuccino which was welcome after our travel. We were accommodated in a spacious and immaculately clean park-view room. Breakfast was available in the hotel, which was a pleasant experience with a wide selection. NH Murano Villa is a hidden gem. Nestled within a small front, the former Glass Factory is a beautiful, boutique hotel, oozing with charm and luxury. Great place to stay and so quiet and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. The staff are amazing and the restaurant was delish, especially the deserts and Negroni! The room had everything one needs and very well thought out for even little things like the amenity kits in the bathroom and snacks. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Beautiful, somewhat decentralised hotel that stretches from the channel on one side to the lagoon on the other side. Perfect if you want to watch the marshes in the sunset from the terrasse, or go for a walk in the evening when all tourists have left. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very accommodating staff and very friendly. Had such a pleasant experience at this hotel. It’s a little further away but so worth it. Wonderful place and would recommend again

The staff is awesome. When we arrived the gentleman asked if he could assist with any plans for our visit. He called and set us up with a fantastic glass maker visit, no charge for the tour, though we did end up buying some souvenirs. I prefer staying in Murano over Venus, and this place in particular.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly a special shout out to Alli, what a kind,funny and friendly guy. And Patricia was very friendly and polite too. I recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.

A beautiful hotel with outstanding service, particularly on reception. Matteo is helpful, knowledgeable and charming. The room and public spaces are chic and spotlessly clean.

Staff were all wonderful especially Mateo. Room was great and we enjoyed the balcony even though it faced a wall. There was a great pizzeria a short distance away that had great pizza and italian food.

Amazing

Amazing stay! Beautiful hotel and room. Mateo at checkin was so helpful and explained the ferry system for us as this was our first time in Venice/Murano. Perfect hotel to enjoy the main spots of Venice but a quiet space away from it all to relax in the evenings.

Everything was perfect - the hotel is beautiful and being on Murano is peaceful yet easy to access the main island and enjoy the water taxi rides - would go back and stay there again.Staff so friendly and helpful.

The main assets of any business are the staff members. In our experience all the staff we interacted with were polite, friendly, warm and welcoming. This made our stay in this cool, new, chic hotel a pleasure. The ladies in the breakfast room were all particularly good. They never ceased to be happy to help even when they were coping with very busy periods.
