I do not want to leave. This should answer your question. My wife and I have stayed at this hotel twice. The food was amazing, with many options. The best restaurant by far is Punta Vista, which offers a great breakfast and an incredible view. We spent most of our days by the pool and beach area. The hospitality of the hotel staff is indescribable. Our favorite person at the hotel was the barista, who made the best coffee I've had outside of New York City. Our favorite dessert was the chocolate cake with coconut ice cream at Maria Marie’s. My wife and I will be coming back at least once a year, as this was our most memorable anniversary. Oh, and did I mention the room service? It's so underrated! Thank you, Hyatt, for an unforgettable experience!

First trip to Cancun! We definitely will be back and choose this hotel again! We loved our experience! Food and drinks were amazing! Staff were friendly, caring, and quick! Lots of events throughout the day! They truly appreciate their customers. Beach and pool were beautiful and well used this trip! It was nice the amount of people that were there. Never felt over crowded. Friendly crowd!

This was a good average resort, it's not going to wow you, however you won't be disappointed either. Location was good, great service from the staff. Dining options are limited. The food is just above average, you won't have wow meals. We love Secrets resorts and Hyatt Zilara is not in the same category.. This is a 4 star resort not five.

This is by far my favorite adults only all inclusive resort in Cancun, it is a beautiful resort, wonderful amenities along with great food and the staff and service is top tier!

The Hotel Zilara is a 10 of 10. The hotel is immaculate, beautiful, luxurious and located on the most stunning stretch of fine white sand beach you can imagine. It’s an easy walk to high end shopping, the clubs and all things Cancún. The hotel’s restaurants offered ample variety and the food was outstanding at each. My favorites include: the Thai soup, the curry chicken gyro and lobster pizza. The pools were gorgeous. The swim-up bar was very cool. The drinks were tasty, easy to get and made with top shelf liquors. The cabanas are worth every cent - especially for the foam party. Sophie, the activities lady, arranged a spectacular private yacht for a personalized snorkeling outing that was pure perfection. She, like the rest of the Zilara team, take service to the next level. The care and attention they pay to each detail is incredible and very much appreciated. Michelle, the entertainment lady (and her team), found a way to make everyone have a blast. I loved the volleyball in the pool and the other pool games. Last night’s white party - complete with acrobats and lobster tails - was really awesome. The massage I got from Yanira was the best message I’ve ever had - and I’ve had my fair share of spa days. In short, I stayed 7 days, swam, danced, ate, drank and made so many friends that I cannot wait to return. Thank you for making my friend’s birthday week an unforgettable celebration. These are memories we will carry with us always.

I liked the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. They were very helpful and willing to do anything for you . I would have preferred more Resturant options , better food selection, more accessibility for shade both on the beach and by the pool. I would have preferred a lifeguard on the beach and more accessibility to get onto the beach from the hotel . In addition, I would have preferred music by the pool for every day of the week not at just selected times when there is an activity going on . These few next steps would make it even more amazing . Looking forward to returning one day after you renovate.🎉

First time in Cancun and we will definitely be back. Hyatt Zilara is an incredible resort with an outstanding staff. Everyone was respectful, kind, and professional. Special shoutout to the maintenance staff and groundskeepers for keeping the property immaculate and pristine. The food exceeded our expectations, particularly at the Spice Buffet, where the taste and quality were exceptional. The events were also highly entertaining and engaging.
