「We stayed in three. The room was big, but it was including waste space where no one stays there. If sofa bed was opened, no space to walk or open your luggage.
The room was not in basement, but ground floor rooms have less top window which you feel as it is in basement. I would feel horrible if the days were really hot. No air conditioners.

「Lovely find. Clean room, fridge was a nice touch, clean and crisp bedding and fluffy towels. Tea & coffee facilities, another side table would have been helpful. Maybe coasters to avoid coffee cup marks. Definitely be back. 」

Three theatres nearby and a short walk to the town and the pier. I can't comment on the dining as didn't eat there and also can't comment on parking as travelled by train. The staff were lovely too,」
