"Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. "Fabulous stay. We were so impressed with this hotel. The decor is stunning, Our room was perfect. Breakfast Lunch and drinks were excellent. Staff were extremely professional, but lacking a little in a warm welcome ( except for the long curly haired lady in bar who was particularly lovely) Duty manager went the extra mile to help us which was brilliant. Thermal suite was fab, charged at £30.00 extra but we thought they had a swimming pool but it's a small thermal pool and children cannot use it. Location can't be beaten, It is right across from the beach and a short walk to Brighton Pier, The Lanes, Aquarium, a superb food hall and lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. My only complaint was that I couldn't stay longer!"

"Staff were very helpful, this is the second time we have stayed here i did book a standard room but we were put in a basic room the man on the desk did explain why and gave me some money back. The room was basically clean. Unfortunately the cooked breakfast wasn't very hot but it was plentiful. We would still stay here again as it is central to amenities."
