"Helpful and friendly staff "

"Had a lovely 2 night stay at the Leonardo. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was great but I found the air con a bit noisy. I couldn’t turn it off for some reason. Would definitely stay there again as parking was next to the hotel and a very reasonable price. A lovely stay. "

"Room very clean and good facilities. Great coffee machine. Superb shower, albeit bathroom quite compact. Bed and sheets superb. Some outside noise. Parking very disappointing as £32 per night approx 300yds away. Makes the stay a little pricey. Spa area superb, although had to pay an extra £10 for this as didn't book directly with hotel which is also dissapointing. "

"Hotel is well located for a weekend or few nights away in Brighton. Hotel is spotlessly clean and staff were always helpful and pleasant. A few negatives: room was a little underwhelming for a suite and the chairs had lots of marks on them from previous guests. A lack of hanging space and drawers meant most of our clothes stayed in the cases during our stay. We stayed in March and it was not possible to operate the AC as remotes have been removed from the rooms so temperature control is down to opening the windows. Breakfast had an excellent range of choices and the girls worked very hard to make sure everyone was kept happy. "

"I received a very warm welcome at reception,the staff are always great here, the room was spotless, and you cant beat the location, with busses and trains to everywhere on the doorstep !"
