They need safes in the rooms! They need new mattresses, and bedding! They need paint and repairs in the rooms, at least our's that was 204. The staff and food were great, and the food was reasoanbly priced. The location is fantastic.

The bed was very comfortable, the. room was spacious with good hanging space, the shower was very hot and there was a sea view! We could make a hot drink and could say what we’d like for breakfast - what wasn’t to like! I missed Celebrity Traitors as we were too inept to turn the tv on as we were trying to use the remote control - duh!

This is a wonderful little hotel. Our room was spacious, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The bed was so comfy! Excellent shower. The whole room felt so nice. All the staff were very friendly, in the morning the owner served breakfast and could not have been a better host. Friendly , welcoming and a great host. The breakfast was delicious too. The hotel is 2 min walk to a beautiful sea front and 2 mins from the town. I cannot recommend this place more.

Friendly, helpful staff; an easy check-in; clean, comfortable room (ours looked out toward the ocean which was a plus). Most importantly for us, it was steps away from the train station, from a supermarket for supplies, and from the trailhead for an extensive system of hiking trails leading to some truly unique and wonderful landscapes. Highly recommended.

I wanted a simple B&B after Glyndebourne, and this was exactly the thing. Very helpful about a late arrival, very friendly reception, nice and quiet room with everything working well, and very close to the sea. Absolutely delicious bacon sandwich for breakfast. I’ve got another booking for early August.
