「Location was as depicted. Kitchen was well equipped, shower had good water pressure. Pond was beautiful, and the view was excellent. Comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed it.」

「This property is so beautiful!! Great location to explore tons of places. Picturesque and peaceful is an understatement! The bedroom is like being in the clouds surrounded by an Apple tree and a beautiful backyard! Wall to wall windows allow you to view the night sky and the moon! The dogs and the geese are also a plus with their adorable greetings! Brian was a great host! Thank you for everything! Rob & Jill 」

「The stairs and upper landing were difficult for a 76 yr old. suggest a 2nd small railing at the landing. No upstairs bathroom made things a bit difficult at night. Other than that the place was great.」

「The fridge had old food in the draws, and the tv in the bedroom wouldn't turn on. The cottage did have a few spiderwebs. However itbwas in a great location!」

「quiet, clean, short walk to beach」

「Boomfish Cottage is a cozy place with everything you could need . It was clean , comfy and serene . It provided the perfect calm for us during a weekend long family wedding at nearby Caswell Flower Farm . It was also easy access for an older person ( me) as well as small children and my little ShihTzu rescue dogs . My granddaughters came by and loved catching minnows in the still warm lake. Extra bonus was enjoying the peak foliage at the lake . Eric , the property manager was very communicative...

「Incredible property! So close to the action while being far enough. So get can easily walk to the beach while being far enough that you don’t get the night crowd at your doorstep. The property is well maintained and the owner are present on site to help with any issues. The rental unit was well equipped and we had no problem sleeping comfortably during our stay, 2 adults and 2 kids. The pool is a nice extra as you can cool down from the day at the beach. 「We stayed because they accept pets. Good place the 24/7 laundry was useable but not everything working」

「There were a couple of items broken when we arrived. Shakey kitchen chairs and a towel bar in the bathroom. The parking was less than ideal. We were told to park next to the porch and not in the driveway, but there was always a car parked on the street in front of that area. So there was no way to pull into it. The place was clean when we arrived and we left it clean.」
