「We had a wonderful stay at the Apres Chalet. The condo was perfect for two families of four with a great layout, a place for gearing up to ski, and cute decorations and details. It was not ski in or ski out when we first arrived. We got some snow and it became ski out down a hill to a trail but required a hike back up the hill. That won't deter us from staying again!」

「Condo has easy access to the slopes. Interior is clean, well maintained.」

「Comfortable, well-appointed unit. Excellent sleeping arrangements for family of 5. Good ski in ski out access. Good size ski lockers in a well maintained locker room adjoining a similarly well maintained laundry room. Outdoor pool is better for kids than adults (no lounging poolside while kids swim). You need to either drive to building 1 or walk down hill through building 2 to get to pool. And don’t forget to bring your key to access the pool!」

「When Sunday River had the storm last December, they would not refund me or let me switch dates. The area had major storm damage and was barely open. We decided to eat the entire rental amount. I would never use them again.」

「For location, I liked that the ski access was across the parking lot. For the room, the microwave and Keurig coffee maker were both broken. The bed was comfortable. The building could use an elevator. Be ready to haul your stuff up two flights of stairs. It was very affordable.」

「John’s place was great to stay in, perfect size for two people. John was very accommodating and flexible with our needs. I only gave 4 stars due to not realizing we were below another apartment, and the people above were very loud. Other than that, it was a great stay and close to everything. 」

「By far the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in. Gorgeous view of the mountain, comfortably appointed and a great size for our families to enjoy. The ski/in/out was great and the property is just far enough from the main lodge to feel like a retreat. Hot tub was very clean and was great a the end of the day of skiing. We loved it and hope to stay again. 」

「This townhome is well appointed, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities for a family to be very comfortable for a vacation together. The location is ideal for skiers and snowboarders with nearby ski in/out access. The beds are very comfortable and the unit appears practically new with no wear and tear. All of the appliances and kitchenware are upscale, clean and the kitchen is well stocked. There is great water pressure for hot showers although the upstairs bathroom is on the small...

「As first time Sunday River visitor, this ski in ski out was perfect for our family. Everything is out your door, ski down the hill to a lift, locker for all skis, hot tub/pool was a hit for our kids. Clean condo, great spot」

「The location was quiet and gorgeous in the winter. The drive to Bethel was about a half hour drive along some gorgeous lakes. The jacuzzi was the star for me—stayed warm our entire stay. Outfitted with everything we needed for a couple weeks. We had a couple questions that were answered almost instantly.」

「This is a well decorated hideaway above a garage in a quiet neighborhood. It's a great place to relax while vacationing in a beautiful location. Highly recommend! 」

「I run a bakery and Christmas takes its toll on me, this was the best week off I've taken in awhile. Enough room for my sister and he kids to come stay for us to celebrate Christmas. Room to relax. A well stocked kitchen, a great tub, we made fires. It was so lovely」
