"We stayed at Emily’s place for a weekend and everything was perfect! The cleanliness was impeccable and the condo was well equiped. THE PILLOWS!! They were more comfortable than mine. It’s close to everything and there is a convenience store next to the condo. Our hosts were available at anytime, even though we didn’t need help because everything was well explained. They made us feel welcomed and we would definitely come back. Thank you again for your hospitality !"

"The unit appears to be a freshly flipped property. The great thing about that is that it was immaculately clean with brand new appliances and lovely decor. Even the bedding appeared brand new. "The unit has a really nice view of downtown and the pier. Cool view of the ferris wheel lit up at night. At first glance, the unit is nicely decorated. However, it needs to be refreshed - there are chunks missing out of the walls, things falling apart, ongoing water damage next to the tub. Maintenance from the building came by on the first morning of the stay to check on the kitchen sink because there was a massive leak happening to the unit below. "Great location, steps from the beach, 15 minute walk to the pier at most! Everything you could need is a short walk away. Communication with Isaiah was outstanding no matter the time or question!"

"As advertised - very clean - well stocked kitchen, drip coffee maker and a Keurig, lots of linens that were not skimpy. Steep stairs up and no table for playing cards - there was a nice counter with chairs and a low coffee table, which were the only negatives. Not a buzzing neighborhood, but a few nice spots for ramen, groceries, wine, etc. But very close to all the cool downtown activities and the Art Museum."

"Love it when there are no surprises. This property was just as listed. The pictures were accurate. The checkin and departure process was super easy. The location cannot be beat! Walk out to the beach and they have a station to clean your sand off before entering the building again. We visited with three teenagers and had plenty of room for five people. The property management company and the building staff were incredibly kind. We would return again!"

"The house was really great - plenty of room and a nice and serene. Older house with squeaky and uneven floors but the decor and some modern makeovers made it have great character! Communicating with property manager was very easy and we got prompt responses. The only thing worth mentioning that needs attention is the little bridge to go over to get to the driveway.
