「The Cambria was a very nice hotel in a good location of Portland. Walkable to Old Port Portland and many restaurants as well as the port. Bed was very comfortable. Outdoor terrace was nice. Valet is a bit unnecessary since the parking garage is right there. Wish it was half the $40 just to self park. Only serious complaint is the restaurant. 「This was a very nice hotel with the worst staff experience. From beginning to end I feel like we did all the work to make our trip enjoyable. Because someone called out we had no actual cooked breakfast day 2 although we paid for the full breakfast. Do t even get me started about the shuttle service. We waited for almost 2 hours outside the airport and when we called all they said was they will be there soon. No one ever called us to tell us the shuttle came and went because it was full?...

「Walking distance of plenty of restaurants. Off site parking easy to find.」

「It's a decent hotel in the process of doing some renovations. The restaurant does not appear to be open at the moment which was not a hardship for us. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk folks were great during the day. At night, while trying to call for the shuttle one night the desk did not answer at all. The next night, the clerk gave us a bit of a runaround. But the shuttle drivers were awesome and made sure we were not left stranded downtown. Would stay here again.」
