Someone was repeatedly banging on our door, and the police had to come to remove people who were causing a disturbance outside our room. The situation lasted for nearly two hours, making it impossible to sleep. What was most disappointing was that no one from the hotel acknowledged the incident or checked in with us the following morning.」
