"Overall, our 4night stay was acceptable. The shuttle was handy bc the hotel is close to NOTHING. Breakfast (for purchase), was good but not open on Monday & Tuesday. The staff was friendly but offered no suggestions on where to eat close by. Checking out, although it seemed they understood we wanted the bill split between the two of us, after we got home the entire amount showed up again on one card & was nearly impossible to get straightened out."

"We always stay here when we are in Portland visiting family. A friendly welcoming and fun place. Great bar, the bartender remembered me from 6 months ago. Great breakfast. Don’t miss the chef made omelettes, wow delicious. The lobby is comfortable and a great place to hang out."

"This would not be the place for everyone. No elevators, window unit ac,tight quarters. But the ease, cleanliness and very attentive staff more than make up for anything!!! Right across the street from Maine Med center! A perfect stay!"
