「Centrally located in the Old Port, with views of the harbor, this was a last minute — therefore pricey — excellent find for a fall weekend getaway. Stylish, elegant rehab of 19th century granite industrial building. Whimsical decor notes referring to 19th century owner Evalina Fox. Nicely appointed kitchenette — though if you came to Portland for the foodie scene, you might end up just using it for breakfast, as we did. Only sour note was the disco music (coming in via the ventilation...

「Not very much parking and you have to schedule it in advance. Expedia didn't warn. It could be a disaster if you don't plan for it and rent a car.」

「room was very modern, however some areas did not look well cleaned (edge if the bed had some dried white liquid). the surrounding area has nice shops but is very sketchy at night. did not feel comfortable with the parking situation. also at 6am sounded like maintenance or cleaning crew was constantly in and out of the elevator making tons of noise. was good for a night but wouldnt stay again.」

「Quick responses by staff! Comfortable bed! Gorgeous amenities! Loved the location was right down from Tandem Coffee!」

「Staff was very nice. Clean room with cool balcony.」

「Very lovely boutique hotel in downtown Portland, Maine. Small rooms, and there is no storage, so you have to live out of your suitcase for a couple of days. And there is no table and only one chair so that’s a negative, if you want to work in your room or have room service, there’s nowhere to sit and eat. 「Excellent stay! We were welcomed with complimentary blueberry wine and the concierge helped carry our bags to our room. Noting that they told us we'd receive a text with a link to order breakfast food, and we never received anything. Had to go down the street to purchase breakfast!」

「Nice hotel, very comfy, good shower, parking and great restaurant for breakfast.」

「Location A+ with easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Bedroom was clean and had great wooden armoire, small refrigerator. Bathroom seemed clean but lighting very low. Water pressure could be improved. All in all a great place to stay.」

「great」

「My visit was great! The hotel was quiet and clean and all the staff was so kind and helpful!」

「Window view from the room was beautiful. Seagulls start flying in the town as the sun rises.」

「お部屋は清潔感があって、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。徒歩圏内で美味しいお店があったのも良かったです！ウニ工場に近いということがホテルを選択した1番の決め手です。」
