What a gorgeous property and very pleasant stay! Thank you to the entire team for the immaculate, unique setting. We felt welcomed the moment we arrived, enjoyed the sunrise from the huge windows overlooking the water, and the delicious continental breakfast. The location overlooks a lovely beach and walking path and we enjoyed the serenity and delicious dining in South Portland as well as the convenience to Old Port. We would definitely return and have mentioned the inn to friends. Thanks again!

Beautiful modernized old home. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Bathroom does not have enough storage or shelf space for those women that travel.

We were taking a New England road trip and this hotel was on our stop for Maine. It's on a community college campus and run by the students but they were excellent. Prior to our arrival we received a call from the front desk asking us about our arrival. The guy, Jacob, was friendly and on arrival greeted us warmly. The hotel is near the water and comfy. Perfect for our one night. In the morning we met Emily whom also greeted us warmly and proved us continental breakfast. Overall, a nice stay and the view of the water during breakfastwas beautiful.

Beachfront old building labelled "Hospitality" has the best view I have ever seen for breakfast. Watch seals and fishing boats pass by while eating (included with room) continental breakfast freshly prepared just for you. Super private, clean, and well maintained. Feels historic, beach and walking path outside front door. Campus location, has campus security and feels very safe. Kids loved playing on the oceanfront. Makes good base for seeing Portland, but is located in South Portland. Check out the lighthouses!

Gorgeous grounds and venue with a beautiful oceanfront view. Plenty of parking as part of SMCC campus. Short drive to downtown Portland and lots of stores around in South Portland. Very unique experience, would stay again without hesitation!

What a lovely Inn! Beautifully decorated for the holidays. The students were capable and friendly. Our suite was warm and cozy, with a spectacular view. Coffee and breakfast on the glassed in porch were great. We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves. What a treat!

Stayed in the Suite. Great views from bedroom and sitting area. Feels home like and quaint. Great place for long walks. Good porch in front and back of property. Room clean and bed linens and bed comfortable. Staff were nice. Young lady made us breakfast on our first morning was very professional, courteous, polite, and made us good breakfast of cut up fruits and chocolate croissants. Beach and lighthouse just a few steps.

Booked a suite for our wedding night. Advised them ahead of time that we'd be arriving separately and late cause ya know, we were getting married.Was met with a locked door (no big deal since it was after regular hours) but the "on call" person named Cyrus(sp?) not only took 15 mins to come down and open said door, but was extremely unprofessional. Wouldnt let me check in until my wife arrived even tho we told them ahead of time, and I was literally still in my suit. Told me I could wait on my phone...Thanks.Then threatened to call security if I went outside to smoke. I understand now that it is a smoke free place, but I didnt at the time and your first response shouldnt be a sarcastic "Id have to call security" while smiling. Called my wife to tell her and was told to keep my voice down(I wasnt being loud whatsoever) in an empty lobby. When we finally got to our room, I wished I would have just stayed at my apartment. Black mold in multiple places, ceiling tiles missing, water damage, AC doesnt work, just blows out hot air no matter what setting. Also the bathroom was disgusting with almost no water pressure. Drains dont work. Door stopper falls down every time you open the door causing you to bend down and pick it up while holding said door and attempt to close. Literally the only good thing about this place is the view. The morning crew was much nicer and professional but still doesnt nearly make up for this hotels faults. Couldnt pay me to stay here again.

Location is great. We really enjoyed walking on the beach. Our room wasn’t bad but not great either. Def needs to be refreshed. The blinds in several windows were removed and the curtains didn’t block the light so we were up early. Furniture is in rough shape. Prolly wouldn’t stay here again but it was fine for one night

Strange hotel in odd neighborhood. Stained sheets & comforter, no bedding for sofabed, all in very dated worn room with antiquated heating system, sink that didn’t drain, rusted faucets and no phone. No staff on site after 9pm meant for weird exp with hotel to ourselves - spooky and somewhat scary deserted car park in dubious neighborhood. It was very quiet with great views and beach right out front and we slept well, just very strange experience.
