"The frills of the neighborhood carried into the apartment. Floors and bathrooms seemed clean. Dishes and Keurig filthy - broken window a/c on floor. Broken chairs. No tlc for the property. Neighborhood beyond the stated description- would not recommend . Best to say is that rental car made it out with all windows and tires. Very disappointed "

"Place was great. We had some issues with tv but host was helpful and super responsive! The small one in bedroom never worked but I didn’t reach back out for help as we didn’t need it. Walkable to OOB but little far without a wagon if you require lots of beach gear (we had surf and boogie boards so we just drive down which is fine.) "My stay was fantastic! The listing was very accurate, we stayed in unit 16, just as advertised it was very clean and quiet as it’s not located on one of the main streets. It’s literally a few feet until your feet touch the sand. Very relaxing, I will definitely book again and recommend to friends and family "
