「We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. The stairs were a bit scary, but with the light on, you'll be fine. :) Cozy spot for the three of us, well appointed and in a fantastic area. Very walkable, even down to the wharf. We are from a very non-walkable area, so it was amazing to see all the activity and places we could go just walking a bit. We enjoyed our first time in Maine, and can't wait to get back for a longer trip. Thanks to the hosts!」

「This was a great spot for a weekend away! The unit is well equipped with higher end finishes and furnishings which makes the u it well worth visiting. The roof deck was a lovely addition as well! We left on Sunday so was happy to be able to move the car close to the unit Saturday evening to make packing a breeze.」

「WOW! What an adorable 2 bedroom with everything you could possibly need! Very clean with a great ambiance! Check-in was a breeze upon arrival. Comes with a parking spot! A great location with so many good coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and a walkable distance down to the pier and shopping. Megan and Jason were so easy to work with and terrific welcoming hosts! They made you feel at home and were super helpful! When we make it back to Maine, we will be staying here again! Thank you! :)」

「Ryan's house/apartment was perfectly located for us in terms of proximity to the Old Port area of Portland AND a large park to walk our dog in. I am recovering from major surgery and low demand exercise was critical to that recovery. Ryan's house filled all our needs. One consideration. The apartment (spacious - just as described) is on the second floor so climbing one flight of stairs is required to access the living space.」

「The home was as described there was a front porch with seating. I had the opportunity to meet the owner, he was very helpful and even introduced me to the neighbors. Traveling as a single woman I felt very safe and would recommend this home to anyone that is traveling alone. I definitely will stay there the next time I’m in Portland.」

Very cute and cozy There are stairs to enter the building for anyone with mobility issues. If you are unfamiliar with older buildings, the radiators do make some noise while heating in the winter.」

So friendly…we thought he was one of our neighbors from Louisiana (not just because of his homemade hot sauce that he sent home with us, but more importantly because of his hospitality!)」

「Great location near many restaurants. Walking distance to everything we wanted. Well equipped apartment ideal for two adults. It's worth noting that the parking isn't on site. It's about a 3-4 minute walk around the block. This isn't a problem if you aren't carrying a lot of things back and forth. Overall we enjoyed our stay.」

「We visited the Portland museum of art and spent a winter ice storm afternoon at the Washington Baths. Ate good food, caught up about all the things. The space was wonderful and airy and warm and lovely!」

「This is a lovely little apartment, and we were very comfortable. I agree with the owner’s statement about the steps being steep; there is no landing at the top of these steps. We brought smaller bags, and that helped! I wouldn’t attempt this with a baby or a toddler. Everybody else: enjoy!」

「We were in town for a family wedding… Prefer VRBO’s over hotels… This was a perfect choice. There is a bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs all with own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked. And Trader Joe’s is walkable for groceries. But if you didn’t want to cook there are restaurants EVERYWHERE with a great brunch place literally next door. Highly recommend this property – my only statement would be it can get a little hard climbing up two flights of stairs to get to the front door and...

「I rented this property for a bachelorette/birthday party, and we couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect place to stay. The place was absolutely gorgeous, modern, and clean. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us to hang out in the living room. The kitchen was fully stocked, and all of the bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. The primary room was very spacious and the bathtub was a huge plus. You can see the ocean from the back windows, and a ton of restaurants and shops are within...
