After traveling for over 17 hours, our room was not ready upon arrival and was still dirty. We specifically reserved a balcony room, but the room we were given did not have a balcony. Additionally, there was no hot water, and the air conditioning was only available between 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., which was very uncomfortable.」

「Staff very rude . Rooms needs maintenance asap. Shower water almost no pressure. And if you want to sit on the beach beds be prepared to pay extra even though you are a guest. No other option. Food at their restaurant was mediocre at best. Plenty of better options around same area. Next time I will choose better 」

「The receptionist spoke no English. The room had no safe. A cockroach was in the room. There was no “Tranquility” at Freedom Beach. Not anything near what was expected. The only quiet time is after 20:00 hours when the crowds which start arriving at 9:00, have gone home. Disappointed. The bathroom was so poor, I couldn’t take a shower or sit on the toilet. 」
