「Excellent property with an outstanding Team and service. The amenities and attention from the concierge, front desk, housekeepers, pool and beach, restaurant staff is beyond 5 stars… The only thing i would not consider 5 stars is the road that leads to the hotel, the gravel road is not suitable for everyone or any car, our taxi driver had a flat tire that had to change when he dropped us off, imagine if this happened in the middle of the road or at night! Hope the hotel and other properties...

「Picture perfect. Small, beautiful, excellent staff, and great food. The room was exactly as expected with bonus that it had AC (early 20th century French Caribbean building is a lot to expect). Just what i wanted. Highly recommended.」

「The staff was wonderful and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the room was not what we booked or paid for. After traveling for over 17 hours, our room was not ready upon arrival and was still dirty. We specifically reserved a balcony room, but the room we were given did not have a balcony. Additionally, there was no hot water, and the air conditioning was only available between 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., which was very uncomfortable.」
