「The hotel itself was a normal business hotel, but the wifi was terribly slow and unstable connection. Furthermore, even the signals of telephone was out of service, so I didn’t feel that I’m staying in the city for tourism. I recommend you to stay in the area Bocagrande 」

「The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced. The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening....

「The staff was amazing. The rooms were big and updated. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was ok. I will have one negative comment to make. The Hotel did not have an elevator it was all stairs. I was put in a room on the 4th floor. I have knee problems and that was horrible for me. When it rained the stairs would get wet and I was afraid to fall. I requested another room and they were completely booked. They should mention that on the hotel website. The fifth floor which was the rooftop...
