「ホテルはロケーションも良く、目の前がリバーで、リバーサイドウォークの早朝の散歩を楽しみました。リバー側の変からは戦艦ノースカロライナが見えるし、素晴らしい景色を楽しむことができました。」

「We've been coming to Southport to visit family for 20 years and the Carriage House has always intrigued us but we've never stayed until now. It was absolutely wonderful. Amy was very friendly and knowledgeable and the facilities were amazing. I travel a lot and spend 30-45 days a year in hotels and this was one of my best experiences. I just wished we had more time to just stay at the Carriage House and enjoy it more, but we spent most of our time visiting family.」

「Great location, friendly staff, clean rroms」

「This was my first time staying at a Trailborn hotel. Based on my stay, I will always look for Trailborn properties. The restaurant food was great. The bar service, OK. There were a few cocktail orders that were wrong or interesting interpretations. Loved all the amenities (hot tub, sauna, bikes, easy surf board rentals) and the staff was all very nice. The hotel was very leaky when we had a huge rainy day. They only came to clean our room once in 4 days. I was told at check out that I was...

「Front desk very helpful.」

「Mmm」

「This was such a wonderful stay. The Beach House is so convenient to everything and just a walk across the street to the beach and pier. The Lazy Turtle is a perfect spot as well for a quick bite to eat or a delicious drink. The staff was so kind and helpful. We forgot our beach chairs and they have rentals that were incredibly reasonable so we could enjoy the day. They even loved on our sweet pup as well. We will definitely be back」

「The staff were excellent, continental breakfast, pet friendly, popcorn @ night, 12 mins from Oak Island without all the salt to rust my truck. Plenty of places around the motel to go eat, do, very clean, quiet」

「Clean, friendly staff, beach」

「Everyone working in the building were top-notch professional and willing to go that extra mile to assist and take care of our needs. The room with a river view was laid out with a small sitting area, king bed and huge bathroom. The shower was especially nice and easy to regulate without having to stand inside and get too hot or cold while trying to figure it out. The daily 5:30 - 7:30 ‘happy hour’ with two free drinks per person and very nice appetizers was GREAT. Breakfast was included and a...

「My stay was great. The young man who checked me in was great! There was a lot going on at check in. Seemed like there was a family gathering and kids were all over the place while I waited to be checked in. Over stimulated with all the stuff going on at that moment. Room was great but the fridge wasn’t working. Thought it was but, no. Keep in mind that this hotel is out in the middle of nowhere and it takes 30 mins to get to any of the islands you want to visit. I did a lot of driving. There...

「Construction outside that was very noisy. very noisy hallways in the middle of the night, and other guest were very loud. We were able to hear everything. There was a smell in the hallways and in our room, one elevator was broken, other one had a crack in the floor that staff told us not to stand on, only one employee working and was unable to bring new amenities to the room.」

「clean room. great location」

「We loved everything about the property, except the stairs. Lol but at least climbing the stairs kept me from gaining weight from all the wonderful food. We plan on going back next September and bringing some other family with us.」
