「The check in process was stressful. The host would not answer phone and the text responses seemed automated. You have to download an electronic key card app but I never got the download. You have no idea if the address was correct or if it was some sort of scam. It all worked out in the end but it was 2 hours of my life I won't get back when checking into a hotel is much easier.」

「This was a great find! The host was lovely and communicative, check-in was super easy, and the designated off-street parking meant we didn't need to touch the car the whole weekend! WIN! It was clean and cute, just as pictured. Heads up, if the unit above you is occupied, and they wear boots or some kind of hard-soled shoe, you will absolutely hear it. All the time. But I think only when they had shoes on. The "back door" in the bedroom also opens to the outside, where a different unit enters,...

「What a great hidden gem! Great location near the historic district. Parking was great but a little narrow driveway for our big truck! We were able to get curb parking. The living room was so cozy! It’s conveniently located to restaurants and shops in historic downtown Wilmington plus the kitchen boasts everything you could need to prepare simple meals. Parking pass for a nearby parking deck (three short blocks away) worked great, as walking is the best way to move thru downtown. We were a little concerned about the possibility of ambient noise from the riverwalk and nearby venues, but the condo is well-insulated and soundproof....
