「Grandparents, parents and kids had a fantastic time at Cottage Place! It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 teens. Perfect combination of hangout space and (upstairs, downstairs, decks and yard) and private space in the 6 nice sized bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals and the large dining room table allowed us all to eat together! The view was spectacular from the decks and inside the house. 「It was a delightful surprise. Easy walk to the beach. The condo literally comes with EVERYTHING you could ever need. The management company even had welcome kits, which were amazing and super helpful. It was clean, great location. Loved it. My ONLY suggestion is to have a way to separate the deck space so we could sit out with the dogs. We did get to meet the family that was renting next door and they were also there for UNCW family weekend. We will definitely stay again. 」
