"Location location location! One might think having a public access to the beach might be a concern. No worries! Moose or intrusion from that pass through and did not excessively crowd the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality cookware (no scratched cheap teflon pans). Two blenders and a crockpot. Plenty of dishes and glassware! Nearby ice cream shop, surf shop, and small IGA grocery store were used and appreciated. "

"It is always a good sign when I read reviews of a property, and many reviewers share that they have stayed in the home multiple times. I could tell this home would be a great place! At the end of our stay at Egrets Walk, we booked it for next year. This house is one of our favorites! Our family loved that there were 4 bedrooms, all with a queen-sized bed. There were no disagreements about which room was the best. They were all great! The home is spacious, and it has everything you need for a fun and relaxing time at the beach. It is a short walk to the beach, and the area is not crowded. We loved the view from the front deck. Communication with the host was excellent! We only wished we could stay longer!"

"Absolutely the nicest place to stay. We had the best time. The house had everything that you could possibly need. We had a toddler and the home was very accommodating. from toys to beach wagon. It has a large island in the kitchen with stools making it so nice to eat as a family. Very comfortable home. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a great time. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this house so much! Ernest is a wonderful host and messaged us to be sure we were enjoying our stay. The house is spacious & the open floor plan allowed us to be together whether someone was cooking, lounging on the couch or working a puzzle at the large dining table. The beach is only a short walk away so we were able to easily go back & forth for breaks, lunch, etc. Our dogs were so happy to be able to join us for vacation! The new fence Ernest installed is wonderful and I loved the security that our dogs (and kids) couldn't try to wander to the beach themselves lol. We can’t wait to return to Topsail and Ernest’s beautiful house!! "

"The apartment was very comfortable. Bathtub incert needs replace. The beautiful screened in porch was really nice except it was dirty and the rusted chairs needed to be removed."
