"My over all stay was wonderful, the host was very easy and quick to communicate with. •Room was lovely. Nice bed, dining table, useable kitchen, minimal cooking utensils but I didn’t need them. •Easily accessible w/ key pad and right by the stairs, elevator is on opposite corner but still easy to get to.. I went on holiday weekend and still had room to park and not worry. •Couple minute walk to beach, a straight shot down the road. Small things that definitely do not out way how great of a spot...

"I feel the bathrooms should be updated n cleaned better all ur baseboards are dirty. You should look at ur cooking utensils as they are rusted. The right hand cabinet door is broken, and I would appreciate more towels n toilet paper for bathroom."

"Overall I had a nice time. Beach was super close. However, it was immediately clear that the floor had not been swept or mopped in several weeks. (I have photos). Food on the floor, I saw muddy footprints by the back door. With as worried as they were about no pets, they should be more worried about the cleaning staff doing their job. I’m hoping I slept on clean sheets!"

"Great location - 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy parking.Lovely view of the sound from the back deck. Comfortable beds. Very clean. "

"The furniture in the living room was so worn and the cushions were all smashed down like years of use. Uncomfortable to sit on. Walls were all scuffed up and I think because of these things it just didn’t feel clean. One of the beds didn’t have a top sheet so we had to re-make the bed as soon as we got in so that was inconvenient. The cost was right and the elevator was nice and convenient… but the condo looked nothing like the picture. "
