"This is a beautiful location for views of marsh and waterway! I sat on the balcony all day. The property didn’t work well for our family. We like to play games in the evening and watch TV together. The only place to sit together was the dining table. Also some of the information sent by host and VRBO was not up to date. The Wi-Fi had been changed. We couldn’t contact anyone. "The house suited our needs for occupancy and was clean upon arrival. Kitchen was fully stocked with any dish you could possibly need, the only thing we couldn’t find was a can opener! The start up toiletries and linens being provided was a huge bonus and appreciated! Our only suggestion would be a few more steps added to make going down to the ocean a little easier. Overall we loved the house, and the set up was excellent for a large group. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again!"

"The house was bigger than the pictures seemed and had great space for a couple with our two dogs. It was amazing to have dog crates available on the house already which made it very easy to check in! The host Luke had great communication. The house was tidy and had all essential in the kitchen. It was a great stay!! We will be back!"

"This was the second year that I stayed there my family and I enjoy it. We are just a street over from the beach, which is great. When you text message the staff they reply to you quickly and fix any problems, you may have. Pool is nice and very relaxing after you get back from the beach. Also enjoy having corn hole, ping-pong, connect four and stuff like that to do on the property. My kids truly love taking the bikes out for a ride around the town."

"Our first trip to Topsail Island and Surf City and our experience with Paragon and with the Salty Pineapple was simply fantastic. The condo is roomy and very tastefully decorated (also some fun pineapple tchotchkes throughout) with quality furnishings and a fabulous deck with a straight-on ocean view. A/C, TVs and Internet all worked flawlessly. The condo was very clean and well organized. A real surprise and unexpected benefit is the wonderful countertop icemaker that makes the great pebble ice -- it was a treat and we never had to buy ice for our water bottles. We only stayed for four nights, but it was perfect for our family of four (with two late teens) last-minute vacation. Great location, easy parking and just a short walk through the courtyard to the beach. The complex pool is also huge and nice and the staff were friendly and attentive. I'm actually a little sad I didn't get to speak with anyone at Paragon, but that's because the booking, follow-up and check-out was so easy, and was completely online that I never needed to contact anyone. Based on our experience, I highly recommend this property and offer kudos to the owners and management for doing it right!"
